UBC IT has initiated a project to replace the University’s Octel voice mail system with Exchange 2010 Unified Messaging. The new Voice Mail service will provide UM (Unified Messaging) accounts, integrating voice mail and email, and Voice Mail accounts offering more traditional functionality. This project is scheduled for completion in early 2012.
