Notes:
We have received some reports that users with DLink WBR-1310 model routers are not able to use the myVPN Cisco Anyconnect software. The Anyconnect software will work if they bypass the router and plug directly into their cable or DSL modem. The WBR-1310 router seems to blocking the connection in some way we have not been able to determine.
We have also found that some security softawre suites will slow down or block the Anyconnect software or the data that it sends and receives. The work arounds include adding Cisco Anyconnect into the "allowed" or "trusted" software list and/or disabling SSL scanning.
Kapersky Internet Security suite- add the Cisco Anyconnect software into the allowed list with the following:
- Deselect Http SSL 443from the monitored port list in Settings->Network->Port Settings
- Add C:\Program Files\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client\vpnui.exe,C:\Program Files\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client\vpndowloader.exe and C:\Program Files\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client\vpnagent.exe to Trusted Applications or Trusted Zone

- AnyConnect 2.4 no longer supports Microsoft Windows 2000 and Mac OS X 10.4, although it may work with these OSs.
- AnyConnect does not support virtualization software such as VMWare for any platform or Parallels Desktop for Mac OS
