Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) is a Canadian-hosted survey solution complying with the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. All data is stored and backed up in Canada.

UBC IT will continue to subscribe to Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) Survey Tool through the BC higher education consortium until March 31st, 2014. UBC IT has decided not to charge for the use of the accounts, although a future solution may have a fee associated with it. Please acknowledge that for these reasons, the current tool is not suitable for conducting long term studies.
