Resolved - A fix has been implemented, and users should now be able to upload attachments when initiating business processes in Workday and submit without any issues. If users continue to face any issues or need additional Workday support, please continue to reach out to the Integrated Service Centre (hXXps://isc.ubc.ca/).

Investigating - Users are unable to upload documents or attachments when initiating a business process (BP) in Workday and encounter page errors when attempting to submit BP steps. Workday has identified the root cause and is working on a system fix. An update will be provided when more information is available. If urgent, and when possible, users are advised to initiate a business process via the mobile app.
