New UBC IT Help Desk Location

September 7, 2021

As we welcome the UBC community to a new academic year, the UBC IT Help Desk at the Walter C. Koerner Library is making some changes to better support you. Starting September 7, 2021, the UBC IT Help Desk will be temporarily relocated to the Circulation Desk in Koerner.

Like the rest of the UBC campus, the IT Help Desk at Koerner Library will be following safety protocols and operating at a limited capacity. Hours of operations will be from 10am to 5pm.

As we realize this is a busy and anxious time for new and returning faculty, staff, and students, we want to ensure we can provide the IT support that you need efficiently. In addition to in-person support, you can obtain IT support via phone or online. Please visit our IT Help Desk page to learn more.

If you are visiting the IT Help Desk in-person at the Koerner Library, please note that we will only be able to allot 15 minutes of assistance to each person, with a limit to one issue related to UBC IT supported services.

We encourage everyone to review our online resources and support documents prior to contacting the IT Help Desk to help answer your questions.  Visit our how-to / troubleshooting guide on the most commonly requested services to learn more.
