Monitoring - Exchange Online mailboxes are accessible now, both via webmail and email clients. Microsoft states that they are operational. UBC IT will continue to monitor.

Investigating - Microsoft Exchange Online mailboxes are not working at this time. These are for the migrated mailboxes. Both webmail and Outlook apps would experience the issue.
Microsoft technicians are investigating.
Mailboxes on the old Exchange are not affected.
