Monitoring - UBC IT has worked with its vendors and the inbound calling issue to non-VoiP UBC phones has been resolved as of 17:57. Technicians will continue to monitor the Voice service for stability through the weekend.

Investigating - Callers dialing in to UBC's non-VoIP phone numbers may experience a dropped call or be presented with a message that the number they are dialing could not be reached. The issue is intermittent, and redialing the UBC phone number may result in a successful connection.
All outgoing calls are not affected. Incoming calls to VoIP phones/numbers are also not affected.
UBC IT technicians are engaged with the vendor and they are actively working to resolve the issue.
