Scheduled - UBC's Identity Broker (Keycloak) will be undergoing maintenance on September 25, 2025, 17:00-21:30 PT. While the service will remain online, some PHUB-related functionality will be temporarily impacted.

- CWL Account Upgrader (CWLU)

- UBC Student Housing and Community Services myAccount (including UBC Card) [includes Faculty/Staff]

CWL creation via the CWL Account Upgrader (CWLU) will be unavailable for:
- Students, learners, applicants, alumni
- LLIS learners
Unaffected Services:

- Beaty Museum of Diversity (Specify7)

Required Action:
Applicants and students who begin account creation or merging/deduplication during the maintenance window will need to:
- Restart the account creation process if it was initiated during the outage
- Reverify merging/deduplication steps if interrupted during the outage
