
As we end the summer and prepare for the start of the new term, Qualtrics survey tool users are asked to review the following checklist for those who are leaving campus, and for those who may be welcoming new faculty, staff, and students.
By attending to any administrative tasks now, you can avoid causing issues that could impact colleagues who may rely on your survey data for their studies or work.
If you're a student with access to Qualtrics …
- close all your surveys
- back up and delete your surveys
- submit a request to transfer of ownership of surveys to or from another Qualtrics user such as a fellow student or instructor
- submit a request for addition or removal of any groups
If you're a faculty or staff member with access to Qualtrics …
