UBC IT Help Desk moves to new location

The UBC IT Help Desk has officially moved to a new location on the main floor of the Koerner Library. Open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, the IT Help Desk is available for students, faculty, staff, and researchers who need IT assistance.

Currently, the IT Help Desk provides walk-in support for:

  • Campus-wide Login (CWL)
  • Wireless
  • Connect E-Learning
  • Student and Alumni email
  • ResNet
  • Sophos Anti-Virus
  • Faculty and Staff email (FASmail)
  • myVPN

Drop by to say hello and check out the new IT Help Desk location anytime from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday!
