UBC Studios Wins 2020 Telly Awards in Webseries

The online series "Learning Transformed - UBC Faculty of Education" by UBC Studios is a winner of the silver 2020 Telly Awards in the Online Webseries category.

The Telly Awards are a global competition which seek to honor excellence in video and television across all screens. Receiving over 12,000 entries from all 50 states and 5 continents, Telly Award winners represent work from some of the most respected advertising agencies, television stations, production companies and publishers from around the world.

The winning piece, Learning Transformed, outlines the Faculty of Education's (FoE) priorities, core areas, goals and objectives for the next five years. The video series highlights how FoE is looking to advance the role of education in the wellbeing of people and communities—in their ongoing commitments to:

Indigenous Education

Mental Health Literacy

Supporting Returning Veterans

Sexuality and Gender Inclusive Education
