UBC IT’s Enterprise AI Solutions service provides consulting and implementation support to enable AI-powered features in institutional systems such as Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Zoom, and other centrally supported enterprise technologies. Enterprise solutions include embedded autonomous AI agents. 

With the use of enterprise AI tools, UBC faculties and departments can streamline administrative processes, enhance user experiences, and gain data-driven insights while maintaining compliance with university policies, security standards, and privacy requirements.
