Workday (HR, Finance, Payroll and Student Information System)

Workday is UBC’s human resource (HR), finance, payroll operations and student information systems (formerly SSC, SISC and FSC). All UBC employees – faculty, staff and student employees – use Workday for personal tasks related to their position (e.g. view payslip, submit vacation request). Some also use Workday as part of their job at UBC (e.g. run reports, post a job, pay an invoice, move a student off a waitlist).

UBC students use Workday to manage their academic journey, from course registration to graduation.

Workday is managed by the Integrated Service Centre (ISC).

Log in to Workday (CWL account required)

Note for Students: If you don’t have a Student CWL, you should only create one after you have accepted your offer and received your student number. You can set up a Student CWL through UBC IT.
