Service Requirements

The Patch Management service requires that administrators have:

• An EAD account
• A compatible browser:
  Google Chrome (53+)
  Microsoft Edge (EdgeHTML 14+)
  Microsoft Internet Explorer (9+)
  Mozilla Firefox (31esr+)
• Internet connection
• Outbound ports 80 and 443 must be opened to allow communication with the patching server
• Any other automatic updates should be disabled
