2019 Research Computing Summer School

Back by popular demand, the 3rd Annual Research Computing Summer School, co-hosted by UBC Advanced Research Computing (ARC) and WestGrid, is taking place June 24 to 27, 2019 on campus. The Summer School is open to anyone with an interest in high-powered computing, scientific visualization, and machine learning. UBC-affiliated students, staff, and faculty can register at a discounted rate of $35. 

Participants will require a base knowledge of Linux. The session “Bash Scripting & Tools” on day 1 can provide this knowledge for those unfamiliar with using Linux command line.
