Resolved - UBC IT discovered (now resolved) an issue with the new Voice Mail system not delivering recorded voice messages to email since April 10. This would have mainly impacted Exchange Online migrated users, as their voice mail is hosted in the new system.
We worked with the vendor this morning to identify the root cause and the issue has been successfully resolved. No messages were lost, and all voice messages that were recorded and queued over the previous days are now being processed for delivery to users' email.
