Training designed around how people will use SciSure
Training will be introduced progressively as SciSure modules become ready for use. The goal is not simply to introduce the software, but to ensure users can complete the core workflows required for their role and workspace.
Training Pathways
Training rolls out in sequence: deeper platform knowledge first, then lab-level trainers, then community sustainers, then the broader end-user base - informed by early adoption.
Current Training model & Methodology
The current implementation approach includes two SciSure-led sessions for Super Users per module and two sessions for Early Adopter / Train-the-Trainer participants per module. The project will use these sessions to identify training gaps and refine the approach before broader rollout.
