Important Notice

The Student Information Service Centre (SISC) has changed to read-only access from September 1, 2024, for existing users based on functionality they currently access. Read-only access will be removed at the end of June 2025. New UBC staff will not be onboarded to SISC. 

The Student Information Service Centre portal is an interface used by faculty and staff who perform student-related administrative and advising roles on campus.  The SISC performs functions such as:

  • applicant and student information
  • admission information (e.g. previous institution, non-UBC courses, transfer credits, general test scores, etc.)
  • registration management
  • degree audit
  • academic records management
    • grades
    • Credit/D/Fail
    • transcripts
    • sessional and term evaluations
  • basic and advanced search
  • email capability
  • awards management (e.g. inquiry, assignment, dispersement)
  • student financial account
