Managing Mailing Lists
Accessing Generic Accounts
- Accessing a Generic Mailbox using the Outlook Web App (OWA)
- Generic Mailboxes are shared or role-based mailboxes typically owned by a department but monitored by one or more people. Since passwords for these accounts are no longer shared, you will need to access the mailbox with your own credentials. This document outlines how to do this in the Outlook Web App webmail interface.
