UBC Information Technology in partnership with Shaw offers cable television in some student residences and many administrative buildings at UBC Point Grey.
Typically, residential Cable TV fees are included in your residence fees, and most cable outlets in residences can be used immediately (there is no need to have someone come in and hook up your outlet) provided that a Shaw digital terminal is already present and connected.
Students, faculty and residents have the option of subscribing to Premium Shaw services including: HDTV, Pay Per View, and Video on Demand.
