How to Enable Cookies

To enable cookies , follow the instructions below for the browser version you are using.

Google Chrome

1. Click the Chrome menu icon on the browser toolbar
2. Select Settings
3. In the Privacy and Security section, click the Third Party Cookies button
4. Select Allow Third Party Cookies
5. Click OK to save changes

Microsoft Edge

1. Click the three dots '…' icon in the upper right corner of the browser
2. Choose Settings, then Cookies and Site Permission
3. Choose Manage and Delete Cookies and Site Data
4. Choose Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)

Apple Safari

1. Open Safari if it is not already open.
2. Select Safari > Preferences
3. In the Block cookies section, specify when Safari should accept cookies.

How to Clear Cookies and Browsing Data

If you are having trouble accessing a login page try clearing the browser's cache and cookies in addition to restarting the browser

Google Chrome

1. Click the Chrome menu icon on the browser toolbar.
2. Select Settings.
3. In the Privacy and Security section, click the Delete Browsing Data button.
4. Select Cookies and other Site Data, then Remove Data
5. Click OK to save changes.

Microsoft Edge

1. Click the three dots '…' icon in the upper right corner of the browser
2. Choose Settings, then Cookies and Site Permissions
3. Choose Manage and Delete Cookies and Site Data
4. Choose See all cookies and Site Data, then choose Remove All

Apple Safari

1. Open Safari if it is not already open
2. Select Safari > Preferences
3. Click Privacy

How to Enable Javascript

To enable javascript, follow the instructions below for the browser version you are using.

Google Chrome

1. Click the three dots '…' icon in the upper right corner of the browser
2. Select Settings
3. Click Advanced at the bottom
4. Under Privacy and Security, choose Site Settings
5. Select Javascript and check Allowed

Microsoft Edge

1. Click the '…' icon in the upper right corner of the browser
2. Choose Settings, then Cookies and Site Permissions
3. Choose Javascript and Allowed

Apple Safari

1. Choose Action menu (gears icon) > Preferences
2. Click Security
3. Make sure these checkboxes are selected: 
   • Enable plug-ins
   • Enable Java
   • Enable Javascript
