Call Forward

Route your calls to another Internal telephone line

 

  • Lift the handset
  • Enter access code #3
  • Enter 5 digit number of phone to be forwarded to
  • Replace handset

Route your calls to another External telephone line

  • Lift the handset
  • Enter access code #3
  • Enter 9 + full ten digit phone number
  • Hang up

Call Forward to Voice Mail

  • Lift the handset of your phone
  • Enter access code #1
  • Hang up

To cancel call forward

  • Lift handset of your own phone
  • Enter access code #4
  • Replace handset

  • Lift handset
  • Enter access code #2
  • Incoming call is immediately presented to your local

Last Number Redial

To redial the last number called

 

  • Lift handset
  • Enter access code #*

Long Distance Calls using a PBN

For long distance within North America:

 

Dial: *63 + 1 + Area Code + Phone Number

  • If on a VoIP set, the screen will prompt you to enter the Authorization Code
  • If on a TDM set connected to the VG350, you will hear two quick beeps

Dial: 6 digit PBN + "#"

Then the call will automatically connect.

For International Calls:

Dial *63 + International Code + Number you with to call + # (example: *63 + 011 + 85212323213 + #)

  • If on a VoIP set, the screen will prompt you to enter the Authorization Code
  • If on a TDM set connected to the VG350, you will hear two quick beeps

Dial the six digit PBN code + #

Then the call will automatically connect.
