How to add an Employee or Student Number to your CWL account

Any CWL Account holder can add an Employee and/or Student Number to their CWL account. Valid Employee or Student Numbers and related passwords are necessary.

  1. Log in to CWL myAccount.
  2. Click Add Employee/Student Number.
  3. The Add Employee/Student Number page displays current Student and Employee Numbers (if any) are already affiliated with the CWL account.
  4. Select Affiliation Type (i.e. student or employee)
  5. For student, enter Student Number and SSC Password.
    OR
    For employee, enter Employee Number, Date of Birth, and CWL Sign Up PIN.
  6. Click Add.
