Internet Access Ports FAQ

These are Ethernet ports available throughout campus that provide you Internet connectivity.

IAP are located throughout the campus and are identified by either a yellow or green sticker; or a blue outlet.

There is no charge to use IAP.

Anybody with a CWL account (UBC students, faculty, staff and guests) can use IAPs.

Please refer to the Technical Requirements section on software requirements.

Problems with IAP can be reported to the IT Service Centre.
