No, once you’ve created a TELUS teleconferencing account you can then use that one account for any subsequent teleconferencing calls.

Yes, at any point during the conference call you can dial *0 and a TELUS conference representative will join the line. Please be aware that if you ask the operator to connect individuals to the conference, there may be additional charges.

Yes, there are a variety of services TELUS can provide for your conference call. You will receive an email with a summary of features and instructions after initiating the service.

Ask any participant who isn’t speaking to hit *6 to mute their line. To un-mute, simply hit *6 again. This is especially useful for participants on cell phones or other noisy lines that may be disruptive to the meeting.
You can also mute everyone using ‘Lecture Mode’. Only the moderator can do this, and this is done by pressing *9.
Barring that, you can hit *0 to talk to a TELUS teleconference representative.

The moderator can generate a role call by pressing #2.
