Overview
At this time, support for Windows ARM-based computers is not available due to ongoing preparations for essential backend tools to support it, such as MECM and Cisco Endpoint Security. We expect that support for ARM-based devices will be available by the end of this year.

Procurement support for computing hardware, including desktops, laptops, tablets and monitors supplied to all UBC faculty and staff:
Device Configuration & Management:
- Provisioning, configuration, security enforcement, and application management
- Automated operating system patch management within Apple and Microsoft supported lifecycles
- Managing and maintaining desktops, laptops and monitors, and other peripherals
Remote Assistance is provided to troubleshoot issues, install software updates, and perform maintenance tasks without the need for physical presence.
